Product obtained exclusively by the total or partial alcoholic fermentation of fresh grapes, whether they have been crushed or not, or from the must produced by fresh grapes. The alcohol content must not be inferior to 8.5%, it must be drinkable and suitable for public consumption and must be made in accordance to rules established by law.
